An emergency procedure for the SENT service has been initiated due to scheduled technical work, starting on November 17, 2025, at 9:30 AM and expected to end on the same day at 11:00 AM. During this time, the SENT and RMPD forms will not function properly, and users are advised to use alternative documents for submissions.

Documents for SENT submissions must be sent to: awaria.sent@mf.gov.pl
Documents for RMPD submissions must be sent to: awaria.zezwolenia@gitd.gov.pl
The SENT registration system will not operate correctly during this period.
Users should not turn off onboard devices or uninstall the e-TOLL PL application.
