Mandatory Use of DIWASS System for Cross-Border Waste Transport from May 21, 2026

2026-06-10 Change of Tax Office Competence in Excise Duties

Starting July 1, 2026, the Urząd Skarbowy Kraków-Nowa Huta will be the sole tax office responsible for excise duties in the Małopolskie Voivodeship, replacing the current offices in Kraków-Nowa Huta and Nowy Sącz. Entities registered in the Central Register of Excise Tax Entities that indicated the Nowy Sącz office will be automatically reassigned to the Kraków-Nowa Huta office.
