2026-06-24 Unavailability of the AIS/e-COMMERCE system due to the implementation of a temporary duty of 3 EUR on goods sold in distance sales

The AIS/e-COMMERCE system will be unavailable due to a scheduled technical break on June 30, 2026, starting at 18:00 and ending at 00:00. This break is necessary to implement legal changes effective from July 1, 2026, including a new temporary duty of 3 EUR on distance sales.
- Scheduled downtime: June 30, 2026, from 18:00 to 00:00.
- A new temporary duty of 3 EUR will apply to goods sold in distance sales starting July 1, 2026.
- Customs declarations (H7) must be completed before the downtime.
- Electronic corrections (ZC213H7) for declarations submitted before July 1, 2026, will not be possible.
- Entities will receive a non-UPO notice for correction requests submitted after the deadline.
