Publication of the regulation of the Minister of Finance and Economy amending the regulation on customs declarations

The Minister of Finance and Economy has published a regulation changing customs declaration rules, effective July 1, 2026. This includes modifications to the H7 declaration and the elimination of collective customs declarations under special procedures.

  • The regulation was published in the Journal of Laws, item 837, on June 25, 2026.
  • Changes include a new H7 declaration with reduced data requirements, excluding restricted goods.
  • Collective customs declarations for special procedures are no longer allowed.
  • Customs duties of 3 EUR per item will apply starting July 1, 2026.
  • Deadline for submitting collective customs declarations is set for June 30, 2026.
