Starting June 22, 2026, certain customs application forms will be available exclusively to individuals associated with companies holding the "Składanie wniosków w zakresie cła" (Application for Customs) authorization. This includes forms such as WDAEO01 and WDCGU01, which are linked to authorized economic operators and general guarantees.

Effective date: June 22, 2026.
Forms available: WDAEO01 and WDCGU01.
Access limited to those with the customs application authorization.
Further information on other forms will be provided in future communications.
