Starting July 1, 2026, the tax office responsible for gaming tax in the Małopolskie Voivodeship will be the Kraków-Nowa Huta Tax Office, replacing the current two offices: Kraków-Nowa Huta and Nowy Sącz. This change is based on a regulation from the Minister of Finance and Economy dated May 20, 2026.

Effective date: July 1, 2026.
New responsible tax office: Urząd Skarbowy Kraków-Nowa Huta.
Current offices being replaced: Urząd Skarbowy Kraków-Nowa Huta and Urząd Skarbowy w Nowym Sączu.
Regulation issued on May 20, 2026.
Responsible department: Departament Regulacji Rynku Gier i Podatku od Gier MF.
