On June 22, 2026, from 6:00 AM to 1:30 PM, there will be disruptions in the issuance of EORI numbers and the registration of company data on PUESC. The PUESC registration form will be unavailable, but EORI number issuance can still be done through an emergency procedure.

Unavailability starts: June 22, 2026, at 6:00 AM

The PUESC registration form (WRP0001) is unavailable.
EORI number issuance can be done via an emergency application process.
Completed applications should be sent to centralna.rejestracja@mf.gov.pl.
