2025-10-16 AES-P1 - transition to the final phase of the system in all EU member states

The European Commission has announced that the implementation of the AES-P1 system's final phase will occur from December 14 to December 15, 2025. During this period, the system will be unavailable due to data migration.

The final phase implementation is scheduled for December 14, 2025, at 23:59:59 UTC.
The system will be down from 23:00 on December 14 to 01:00 on December 15, 2025.
Export declarations with MRN numbers submitted before December 15 will be processed normally.
Pending export declarations without MRN numbers will be rejected.
Final confirmation of these rules will be provided after November 15, 2025.
