2026-05-29 Authorization "Submitting applications regarding excise duty" for forms from 1.06.2026.

Starting June 1, 2026, the authorization "Submitting applications regarding excise duty" will be necessary to submit an excise permit application on behalf of a company. Further information regarding the verification of this new requirement for specific forms will be provided in a future announcement.

Authorization required from June 1, 2026.
Forms affected include WDAPP01, WDAW001, WDAZW01, WDAZO01, WDASP01, and WDAJO01.
Applications must be submitted electronically with a signed authorization.
Original authorization must be sent to the Central Registration Department in Poznań if not electronically signed.
Having the authorization simplifies the application process for companies.
