The TAX FREE system will be unavailable due to scheduled administrative work from September 14, 2025, at 19:00 until September 15, 2025, at 4:00. During this time, it is recommended that individuals planning to use the VAT refund procedure at Polish customs offices have a printed TAX FREE document.

Unavailability starts on September 14, 2025, at 19:00.
Unavailability ends on September 15, 2025, at 4:00.
Document submission via BCP will still be possible.
Compliance with TAX FREE message specifications is required.
