Changes in the SENT system from March 17, 2026

Changes to the SENT system will take effect on March 17, 2026, introducing new categories of goods, specifically clothing and footwear, which will be monitored during transport. The latest updates to these regulations came into force on June 20, 2026.

  • The regulation from the Minister of Finance and Economy dated September 10, 2025, introduced a catalog of new goods (clothing and footwear) subject to monitoring in the SENT system.
  • Registration of clothing and footwear transport requires company registration or updating of business entity data on the Platform of Electronic Services for Customs and Tax (PUESC).
  • Exemptions from reporting to the SENT system include shipments of up to 31.5 kg of clothing and up to 64 pieces of footwear.
