The ISZTAR4 system is set to implement a new type of goods, p12 - CBAM, related to the classification of HS 2523 Portland cement, alumina cement, slag cement, anhydrite cement, and similar hydraulic cements. This change will take effect on March 1, 2026, requiring specific national codes for submissions in the AIS/IMPORT PLUS system.

New type added: p12 - CBAM.
Related to HS 2523 classification.
National codes include Z260, Z261, Z262, Z263, and Z999.
Effective date: March 1, 2026.
