Changes to the SENT system will take effect on May 13, 2026, allowing certain micro-entrepreneurs to be exempt from reporting the transport of clothing and footwear. This regulation aims to simplify procedures for small businesses engaged in sales at markets.
- The regulation was issued by the Minister of Finance and Economy on May 12, 2026.
- Exemptions apply to micro-entrepreneurs registered in CEIDG, including civil partnerships and partnerships with individual partners.
- Transport of clothing must not exceed 500 kg, and footwear must not exceed 700 pieces to qualify for exemption.
- Transport must originate from the entrepreneur's permanent business location or residence to the market and back.
- Documentation must accompany the transport, including identification details and transport dates.
