Changes to the PoUS system (in Poland, the AES/PoUS system) will take effect from August 15, 2025. Due to Poland's inability to implement these changes on time, specific rules will apply from August 14, 2025, at 17:00 until further notice.

Changes include modifications to the structure of messages exchanged for T2L/T2LF data.
Phase 2 involves handling customs manifests for goods in maritime transport (CGM – Customs Goods Manifest).
From August 14, 2025, PoUS Phase 1 rules will apply, with no changes to the structure of messages and procedures.
Due to a temporary lack of communication between the AES/PoUS system and the EU PoUS system, proof of EU customs status will not be registered in the Central Repository of PoUS.
Poland has informed the European Commission and other member states about these temporary rules.

The emergency procedure for the SENT system was activated on July 10, 2026, due to its unavailability from 12:50 PM to 5:00 PM.
