2025-10-13 Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of ceramic tableware and kitchenware and registration of terephthalic acid imports

The European Commission has implemented definitive anti-dumping duties on the import of ceramic tableware and kitchenware from the People's Republic of China, effective from October 9, 2025. Additionally, as of October 10, 2025, the import of terephthalic acid from South Korea and Mexico will require registration.

Definitive anti-dumping duties on ceramic tableware and kitchenware from China.
Effective date for duties: October 9, 2025.
Registration for terephthalic acid imports from South Korea and Mexico starts on October 10, 2025.
Relevant regulations are Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1981 and (EU) 2025/2013.
