The European Commission has implemented a definitive anti-dumping duty and confirmed the collection of a provisional duty on the import of choline chloride from the People's Republic of China, effective December 20, 2025. This regulation aims to address unfair trade practices and protect the EU market.

Regulation (EU) 2025/2589 was enacted on December 18, 2025.
The definitive anti-dumping duty applies to imports of choline chloride from China.
A detailed list of goods subject to these trade policy measures is included in the regulation.
The responsible department is the Customs Department of the Ministry of Finance.
