On August 20, 2025, the European Commission implemented a definitive anti-dumping duty on certain polyethylene terephthalates (PET) imported from India. This regulation aims to address trade policy measures concerning these products.

Regulation (EU) 2025/1748 was enacted on August 18, 2025.
The list of goods subject to these trade policy measures is detailed in the regulation.
The responsible department is the Customs Department of the Ministry of Finance.
