2025-07-31 Definitive Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties on Imports of Certain Organic Coated Steel Products from China

On July 26, 2025, the European Commission implemented final anti-dumping and countervailing duties on certain organic coated steel products imported from China. These measures are a result of a review of expiry under EU regulations.

Final countervailing duty imposed by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1506 dated July 24, 2025.
Final anti-dumping duty imposed by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1508 dated July 24, 2025.
Measures are based on Article 18 and Article 11(2) of the European Parliament and Council Regulations (EU) 2016/1037 and (EU) 2016/1036, respectively.
