There are ongoing issues with the availability of the trusted profile signature, particularly when signing documents larger than 500 KB. Users are advised to use alternative signing methods, such as the customs certificate signature, which can be obtained for free.

Problems occur when signing documents over 500 KB.

Customs certificate can be obtained by logging into Mój pulpit > Moje dane.
