2025-10-09 Difficulties in using the trusted profile when creating an account on the portal

There are ongoing issues with the availability of the trusted profile signature when creating an account on the portal, independent of PUESC. Users can submit an account application without a signature, and if extended permissions are needed, they should complete the application process in two steps.
