From November 18, 2025, there may be disruptions in the functioning of the SENT system. An emergency procedure is to be used only if there is an inability to close SENT fuel notifications, expected to end on November 20, 2025, at 23:59.

Disruptions in SENT system functioning began on November 18, 2025.
Emergency procedure for closing SENT fuel notifications is in effect.
Expected end of the emergency procedure: November 20, 2025, at 23:59.
Documents for the emergency procedure are available online.
For SENT notifications, a replacement document must be sent to awaria.sent@mf.gov.pl.

The emergency procedure for the SENT system was activated on July 10, 2026, due to its unavailability from 12:50 PM to 5:00 PM.
