On February 15, 2026, services related to the movement of excise goods will be temporarily unavailable from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. During this period, entities can use an emergency procedure without needing Help Desk approval.

Entities must submit required information to the EMCS PL2 system that was not sent due to the lack of access.
