The European Commission has extended the suspension of additional tariffs on certain products from the United States until August 6, 2025. This decision was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on July 14, 2025, and modifies previous regulations regarding trade measures.

Regulation (EU) 2025/1446 suspends trade balancing measures imposed by Regulation (EU) 2025/778.
The suspension applies to Articles 2 and 3 of Regulation (EU) 2025/778.
Changes to Regulation (EU) 2023/2882 include updating dates from July 14, 2025, to August 6, 2025.
