On August 7, 2025, the European Union implemented final anti-dumping duties on decorative paper imports from China and registered the import of 1,4-butanediol from China, Saudi Arabia, and the USA. These measures are part of new EU regulations aimed at regulating trade practices.

Final anti-dumping duty imposed on decorative paper from the People's Republic of China.
Temporary duty collection on decorative paper also established.
Registration of 1,4-butanediol imports from China, Saudi Arabia, and the USA initiated.
Regulations effective as of August 7, 2025.
