Final protective measures in the form of tariff quotas on ferroalloys imported into the EU, after which additional protective duties will be charged

As of November 18, 2025, new regulations have come into effect imposing definitive protective measures in the form of tariff quotas on the import of certain ferroalloys into the EU. Once these quotas are exhausted, additional protective duties will be applied.

Regulation (EU) 2025/2351 was enacted on November 18, 2025.
Protective measures apply to the import of specific ferroalloys.
Additional protective duties will be charged after the exhaustion of tariff quotas.
