Implementation of Phase 6 of the NCTS System in Poland and Webinar for Entrepreneurs on May 15, 2026

The implementation of phase 6 of the NCTS system in Poland is set for June 1, 2026. This phase introduces changes related to transit declarations with security and protection data for the creation of PDS (combined declarations) and information exchange with the ICS2 system.

Phase 6 of the NCTS system will be implemented on June 1, 2026.
A new instruction for the Transit of Goods service in the NCTS2 PLUS system has been published, version 1.04 dated May 6, 2026.
Changes include rules for submitting declarations with security data at the exit office and new message codes.
A webinar for entrepreneurs on phase 6 will take place on May 15, 2026.

The emergency procedure for the SENT system was activated on July 10, 2026, due to its unavailability from 12:50 PM to 5:00 PM.
