2025-07-21 Imposition of definitive anti-dumping duty and final collection of temporary duty on imports of lysine and multilayer wooden floor coverings from China, as well as registration of imports of phosphoric acid (III) from China

On July 12, 2025, new EU regulations came into effect imposing definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of lysine and multilayer wooden floor coverings from China, as well as registering the import of phosphoric acid (III) from China. These measures are detailed in the respective Commission implementing regulations.

• Regulation (EU) 2025/1330 imposes definitive anti-dumping duties on lysine from China.
• Regulation (EU) 2025/1334 registers the import of phosphoric acid (III) from China.
• On July 15, 2025, Regulation (EU) 2025/1342 imposes definitive anti-dumping duties on multilayer wooden floor coverings from China.
