The OT Port Świnoujście terminal has implemented a digital Port Cargo Record (PET) to facilitate the handling of goods from outside the EU starting March 1, 2026. This system aims to streamline customs procedures and eliminate the need for paper documentation.
- Polski PCS sp. z o.o. is collaborating with the West Pomeranian Customs and Tax Office in Szczecin.
- Paper documentation for Declaration B and temporary storage declaration DSK is not required.
- Customs declarations must include communication with Polski PCS using specific codes and email addresses.
- Automatic release of goods from temporary storage will occur based on NCTS2 PLUS and AIS/IMPORT PLUS messages.
- Digital supervision of customs in temporary storage will be ensured.
