2026-01-30 Introduction of a new authorization for users of the SENT system

A new authorization for users of the SENT system will be introduced on February 1, 2026, allowing them to close SENT notifications. This new authorization is designed to enhance efficiency in managing permissions for authorized individuals while ensuring compliance with existing procedures.

  • New authorization allows only the closing of SENT notifications after transport completion or receipt of goods.
  • Two authorizations will function within the SENT system from February 1, 2026: the old one allows all functionalities, while the new one is limited to closing notifications.
  • Updating representation on PUESC is not required unless entities want to restrict access to only closing SENT notifications.
  • The introduction of this new authorization responds to requests for clearer role separation among SENT system users.
