Launch of New Functionality in NCTS2 PLUS System Compliant with Phase 6 NCTS

The NCTS2 PLUS system will launch a new functionality compliant with phase 6 of the NCTS on June 1, 2026, at 08:00. This update includes significant changes in communication structures and the introduction of new requirements for transit declarations.

New functionality will be available starting June 1, 2026, at 08:00.
Changes include expanded data security requirements and integration with AIS/ICS2 for transit declarations.
No transitional period is planned; all messages must comply with the XML specification for phase 6.
A test environment will be available from April 20, 2026.
Current test environment for phase 5 will be discontinued.
