2025-12-18 Lifting the obligation to send SENT notifications for certain agricultural products

Starting December 19, 2025, the obligation to register SENT notifications for certain agricultural products will be lifted. This change, enacted by the regulation of the Minister of Finance and Economy on November 27, 2025, aims to reduce regulatory burdens for selected food products.

  • Products exempt from SENT registration include strawberries, fresh raspberries, blueberries, cranberries, flour, and sunflower seeds.
  • Specific weight thresholds apply, such as over 3,000 kg for fresh strawberries and raspberries.
  • The regulation also removes the registration requirement for wheat, corn, and rapeseed if they are seed material.
  • The changes are part of a deregulatory effort to streamline agricultural trade.
  • The regulation is published in the Journal of Laws, item 1704.
