2025-10-03 NCTS2 PLUS - changes in cash securities handling OSOZ2

The article announces upcoming changes to the NCTS2 PLUS system regarding cash securities for OSOZ2, effective from October 6, 2025, at 8:00 AM. New functionalities will allow the use of securities registered under foreign EORI numbers and other identifiers such as PESEL, NIP, or TIN.

New functionalities will be added on October 6, 2025, at 8:00 AM.
Use of securities registered on foreign EORI numbers will be permitted.
Cash securities can also be registered under identifiers other than EORI, including PESEL, identity documents, NIP, and TIN.
To use these securities, the transit declaration (IE015PL) must include the AdditionalInformation node with code GWAR3 and the appropriate identifier number.
The GWAR3 code has been added to the PL239 dictionary.
