The NCTS2 PLUS system will implement an automatic verification mechanism starting January 8, 2026, for transit goods containing ozone-depleting substances (ODS) and fluorinated greenhouse gases (FGAS). This change is part of the EU's regulatory framework to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
