2026-04-10 New Services in the Area of Temporary Storage

The Ministry of Finance is expanding the Special Procedures Settlement System (RPS) with a new module for Automatic Balancing of Temporary Storage Declarations, set to launch in June 2026. This initiative is part of the investment C2.1.1 "E-public services, IT solutions improving the functioning of administration and economic sectors" from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (KPO).

  • The project will automate the balancing of temporary storage declarations using data from the National Revenue Administration (KAS).
  • Dedicated forms on PUESC will allow KAS clients to contact the supervisory office directly.
  • The system will automatically notify warehouse operators of any unbalanced declarations before the temporary storage deadline.
  • This will facilitate operations for entrepreneurs managing temporary storage warehouses and save time for KAS staff overseeing these warehouses.
  • The total project value is 1,233,200.00 PLN, with EU support amounting to 1,040,000.00 PLN.
