2025-08-13 New version of ICS2 software and update of the 'stop words' list

A new version of the ICS2 software, version 3.1.0.0, has been implemented, introducing updates to various messages within ICS2 STI. Businesses affected by these changes are advised to plan and implement the new version (v3) of the messages by the end of the transition period.

  • New versions (v3) of existing messages: IE3F10, IE3A10, IE3F13, IE3A13, IE3F17, IE3A17, IE3F34, IE3A34, IE3F40, IE3A40, IE3F41, IE3A41, IE3F45, IE3A45, IE3F50, IE3A50, IE3F51, IE3A51.
  • New message IE3Q05 “Konsultacja PDS” and IE3N12 “Powiadomienie o statusie oceny ryzyka przed załadunkiem”.
  • Current version (v2) will be maintained alongside (v3) during the transition.
  • All working versions saved in (v2) will not be available, and submissions made via STP in (v2) cannot be modified.
  • Updated access point configuration is required for sending messages in version 3.
