2025 10 30 New version of the Instructions for the implementation of the Goods Transit service in the NCTS2 PLUS system

A new version of the "Instructions for the Implementation of the Goods Transit Service in the NCTS2 PLUS system" has been published. This update introduces several changes, including new event types during transport and the inclusion of Moldova and Montenegro as new countries under the Convention on WPT starting November 1, 2025.

Removal of temporary communication records with OSOZ and AIS/IMPORT PLUS.
