The publication of the Customs Tariff and correlation tables for 2026 has been announced. The European Union's Official Journal published the implementing regulation (EU) 2025/1926 on October 31, 2025, which amends the customs nomenclature and the Common Customs Tariff, effective from January 1, 2026.

Available on Podatki.gov.pl are correlation tables for CN codes 2026 to 2025 and vice versa.
New and removed CN codes for 2026 are also listed.
