On May 22, 2026, an EU regulation (2026/1085) came into effect, requiring the registration of imports of certain acrylic esters from China, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and the USA. This measure aims to facilitate the collection of anti-dumping duties on registered imports.

Regulation effective from May 22, 2026.
Applies to acrylic esters from China, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and the USA.
Enables collection of anti-dumping duties.
