On December 5, 2025, the European Commission's implementing regulation (EU) 2025/2432 came into effect, requiring the registration of imports of certain flat-rolled products of cold-rolled steel from India, Japan, Taiwan, Turkey, and Vietnam. This measure aims to facilitate the collection of anti-dumping duties on registered imports.

Regulation effective from December 5, 2025.
Applies to imports from India, Japan, Taiwan, Turkey, and Vietnam.
Enables collection of anti-dumping duties.
