2026-04-15 Single Window – Extended Pilot of the e-Service "Obtain Border Veterinary Documents for Feed"

The pilot of the e-service "Obtain Veterinary Border Documents for Feed" has been extended until August 31, 2026. This service allows feed importers to electronically submit applications for veterinary border inspections and obtain necessary documents for customs procedures.

The pilot started on December 22, 2025, at the border crossing in Kuźnica.
As of April 15, 2026, a new inspection point in Hrubieszów will also participate.
The service is a collaboration between the National Revenue Administration and the Chief Veterinary Inspectorate.
It allows for faster processing of applications and tracking of their status.
Importers can submit applications for five groups of goods related to feed.
