The article discusses changes to Articles 61 and 62 regarding supplier declarations in the EU regulation, aimed at clarifying the legal norms for determining the origin of goods. These changes allow suppliers to indicate the status of product origin under both the original and revised versions of the PEM Convention. The regulation will come into effect on August 31, 2025, and will be applicable from January 1, 2025.
