The European Union has suspended tariffs under the common customs tariff and opened autonomous tariff quotas for certain fertilizers, as published in the Official Journal of the European Union on May 29, 2026. This regulation, effective from May 30, 2026, will remain in force until May 31, 2027.Regulation (EU) 2026/1181 was adopted on May 22, 2026.The suspension applies to specific CN codes listed in the annex of the regulation.Goods from the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus are excluded from the tariff suspension.Tariff quotas will be managed chronologically based on customs declaration dates.
