The European Commission has published Regulation (EU) 2025/1564 concerning trade balancing measures for certain products from the United States and certain products exported from the EU to the United States. This regulation, published in the Official Journal of the European Union on July 24, 2025, repeals previous regulations (EU) 2018/724, (EU) 2018/886, (EU) 2020/502, and (EU) 2025/778.
